Tuesday thru Friday: 10 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm
Sunday: Special request
Monday: 10 am to 5 pm

WHAT TO WEAR:
On entering the spa facilities for massage or multiple treatments you will be provided with a plush luxurious robe and sandals for the ultimate in comfort. You will leave belongings in a locked locker provided for you. Please leave expensive jewelry at home, we are not responsible for them.

WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Arriving 30 min. prior to your appointment will allow you to complete our health and skin care profile and take full advantage of our facilities.

PRODUCTS:
To continue your Spa Experience at home and to obtain the best results, our skin care experts will gladly recommend a customized home care program.

GIFT CERTIFICATE:
There are no returns on Gift Certificates. Certificate has no cash value. No change returned if amount of purchase is less than face value of Certificate. We accept SpaWish Gift Certificates.

PROVIDING A CALM ENVIRONMENT:
Peace and quiet are essential elements of a relaxing spa experience, we ask that you please turn your cell phones and pagers off.

PRODUCT RETURN:
We will gladly accept returns on merchandise ONLY if there is a reaction to the product within 14 days of purchase. Unopened items with a receipt can be returned for store credit.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION:
A Credit Card reservation is required to schedule multiple appointments. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule multiple services; 24 hours for single services. There will not be a charge if you comply with the above cancellation policies.

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities have not been included in the price of our treatments. If you wish our receptionist will be happy to assist you in calculating the appropriate gratuity for any service.
